Refund policy
Legenda Cycling strives to offer high quality products, however, if you aren’t 100% satisfied, we will offer a refund of all full-priced products purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase. The products must be new, unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging, accompanied by a receipt.
We also offer an exchange of a product if it’s faulty or defective. It includes fabrics, stitching, zips and seams. Faulty products can be exchanged within 3 months from the day of purchase as long as they were bought on our website and are accompanied by a proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
We also do not offer a refund of custom made products. Such products should be paid in full before the order is completed and the goods delivered.
If you wish to return a product which is part of a bundle, any refund issued to you may be less than the retail price of the returned item.
Please email us at info@legendacycling.com to let us know what you wish to return or exchange, and give a reason (for faulty products please also attach a photo of the defect). Please also let us know your order number.
Unless the product is faulty, Legenda Cycling won’t cover the cost of shipping. We take no responsibility for items that do not reach us or are damaged in the process of return, so please use postage with tracking.
